Expanding the company’s project portfolio and engaging with potential clients: conducting negotiations, aligning expectations regarding project deliverables, creating initial design drafts, contract negotiation, and overseeing the implementation throughout all stages of design.
Key Achievements: Built a professional team capable of delivering the expected business results within the shortest time frame.
Developed a contract cost estimation methodology (different from the standard used by the Civil Code), ensuring high accuracy in cost evaluation and minimizing the risk of budget deviations.
Created and implemented tools for end-to-end project performance control and analytics (without additional IT systems), enabling effective management of changes and quality.
Signed contracts for comprehensive design of residential and office buildings (including with FSK GC and Level Group in Moscow, totaling over 300 million RUB).
Actively participated in various internal (GC) and external (regional, international) competitions. As a result of one competition, won the right to develop project documentation for the “Primakov International School” in Dubai (UAE), which was a recognition of my team’s competence and experience on the international stage.
